cdmx & jalisco - july '25.
luckily, life has taken me to méxico quite a few times—turning buzzing cdmx into one of my favorite places on earth.
but it wasn’t until this trip that i finally made it to jalisco. seeing the agave tequilana fields had been a dream for many years.
the roots and source of tequila form a stunning landscape, while the drink itself carries the flavour of the past—deep in méxico’s history and culture. tequila-making is a fascinating tradition, torn between artisan tahona methods and institutional corruption. far from the gringo-owned flavours, jalisco has so much more to offer.
these images were taken across beautiful méxico in july '25, using different cameras, lenses, and techniques—both digital and film.
